Tegre Corporation is a leading provider of power generation solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Caterpillar G3520 Engine Operator/Maintenance Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of our natural gas powered engines and generators.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain Caterpillar G3520 natural gas powered engines and generators, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize equipment failure and reduce maintenance costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any equipment-related issues.
- Analyze and troubleshoot equipment problems, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices, promoting a safe working environment.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in heavy equipment operation and maintenance, along with a strong foundation in mechanical systems, piping, and machinery maintenance. Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and a valid driver's license are desired.
