Position Description :
Provides support and services designed to ensure effective, quality mental health services and treatment for clients of the Health Services Agency. Serves as an advocate for clients in various daily living situations.

Case Resource Specialist I :
21.43 - $26.05 Hourly / $1,714.40 - $2,084.80 Biweekly
Case Resource Specialist II :
23.66 - $28.75 Hourly / $1,892.80 - $2,300.00 Biweekly

- Assist adult / children's outpatient team with service authorization determinations.
- Coordinates with community services and businesses to provide clients maximum assistance.

Case Resource Specialist I / II : Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's Degree in a health or social services related field or graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in a health or social services related field.

The department currently has multiple vacancies.
In addition, Tehama County is establishing an eligibility list to fill future vacancies for a Case Resource Specialist I / II, as well as subsequent vacancies which occur during the life of the eligibility list.
Testing Dates :
March 14-17, 2025. Testing will be provided via email.
Tentative Interview Date :
Tuesday, March 25, 2025 from 3 : 00pm to 5 : 00pm.
New employees should anticipate being hired at the beginning step of the salary range. Candidates who exceed entry level qualifications may be considered, with approval from the Board of Supervisors, for placement at other than A step.
