Busser

Tehama Golf Club is an exclusive golf club in Carmel. We are looking for a busser to join the Tehama team! We are very busy with weddings and other events. You can make some good tips!!

The focus of this position is on ensuring that our members are provided the highest standard of service while visiting our dining establishment. Primary responsibility falls on providing attentive, friendly and efficient service and interaction with the members and their guests in their assigned section(s). Prior bussing experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are basic job requirements. The ideal candidate for this position must be professional, a team player, have bussing experience, must be detail-oriented, and must be courteous. This position also requires the ability to tolerate a moderate amount of moving and/or lifting; and must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and special events as business dictates.

Essential Job Functions:

• * Prepare restaurant both in the front and back of the house for service.
• * Assist customers with queries, requests, and redirecting as necessary.
• * Report any damages, shortages, and complaints to the manager.

Essential Qualifications:

• * High school diploma or GED.
• * A food handler's card/license.
• * A passion for customer service and working in the restaurant industry.
• * Excellent customer service skills.
• * A keen eye for detail.
• * Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• * The ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
• * Strong verbal communication abilities.
• * Physically fit and able to move furniture and stand for long periods of time.
• * Willingness to work long hours and on weekends and holidays
