Be a part of our great team in our Stewartville office by using your communication and multitasking skills to work as a customer service representative/office assistant. You will be working closely with the rest of our team to help insure our customers get the products and service they need. This is a part-time position. Pre-employment drug testing required.
Reliability is an absolute must have.
Customer service skills are a must have.
As a part-time Office Assistant you will:
- Answer incoming phone calls from existing customers, potential customers, and outside sales reps.
- Assist customers with placing orders.
- Work with both internal and external customers to answer their questions and product inquiries.
- Assisting with some collections on past due accounts.
- Checking in products from trucks and other inventory management duties.
- Assist with product updates on the website.
- Be a problem solver.
- Be a self-starter.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Take on other duties as assigned.
This position will require being on your feet 25-30% of the time.
This position will require sitting for long periods of time as well.
This position will require the occasional lifting of 20lbs or more.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
