Job Title: Molding, Bonding and Finishing Specialist
At Teijin Automotive Technologies, we are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Molding, Bonding and Finishing Specialists on all shifts.
As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for:
- Loading molding material into presses using standardized work instructions.
- Starting machines, monitoring operations, and recording operational data.
- Performing detailed dimensional inspections to identify potential defects.
- Preparing molded components for prime and paint operations, including de-flashing and detailing to customer specifications.
- Notifying the Supervisor when defects exceed acceptable limits or when major equipment malfunctions occur.
