Benefits Package:
$17.36 per hour starting pay plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shifts. Wage increase after 90 days of employment. Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance after 30 days. Attendance Bonus of $1.50 per hour. 401k with company match.

Key Responsibilities:
- Check all equipment for proper operation at shift start and communicate any issues to the relieving shift.
- Understand scheduled rate quantities and their importance in achieving process rates.
- Notify Supervisor of any mechanical, process, or quality problems that require immediate attention.
- Inspect parts to ensure all operations prior to and including their operation have been completed satisfactorily.
- Perform normal housekeeping duties within a reasonable area of the workstation during and prior to the end of the scheduled shift.
- Assist in the proper layout of processes according to MWI standards.
