Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Production Associate - Trimmer to join our team in Conneaut, Ohio. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will operate the trimmer's press close station, unload molds safely and efficiently, and check equipment for proper operation. You will also inspect parts for quality and perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need good assembly skills, dexterity, and judgment. You should be able to work quickly and accurately, and be willing to work overtime when necessary. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
In addition to a competitive salary starting at $15.50 an hour, you will receive shift premiums for 3rd shift work and perfect attendance program incentives.
