Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our molding facility in Huntington, Indiana. The successful candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, leadership, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage mold change teams to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Supervise process technicians to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce scrap rates and improve product quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in molding or manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership experience with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of mold design, injection/compression molding processes, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
