About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at our new air-controlled plant in Seguin, Texas.

Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely, working closely with the Corporate Payroll Manager to resolve any pay or system-related issues.
- Implement and disseminate company HR policies, including the Employee Handbook.
- E nsure the accuracy, security, and integrity of human resource systems, including HRIS data and entries, general employee statistics, progression raises, attendance, training, payroll, benefits, workers' compensation, vacations, injuries, disciplinary action, insurance information, employee recruitment, employee retention, new hires, terminations, exit interviews, pay raises, promotions, transfers, leave of absence, etc.
- Provide HRIS reports for management as needed.
- Manage the process to fill and eliminate hourly jobs per local contract or procedures.
- Communicate company policy and procedures, representing the company to employees, governmental agencies, insurance carriers, and other HR-related vendors as requested.
- E nsure the equitable and accurate administration of employee benefit programs, including 401K, group health/dental/vision, short- and long-term disability within the location.
- Direct the work of an HR Assistant, if applicable.
- Assist with safety functions and/or payroll activities within the location, if applicable.
This role requires strong payroll experience, proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, E-Time, and Kronos, as well as bilingual skills.
