What would you do

You can expect a dynamic day filled with engaging activities from Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 am to 5 pm. Your mornings will kick off with a quick team huddle to discuss goals and strategies, fostering a collaborative atmosphere right from the start. You'll spend your days interacting with clients, understanding their equipment needs, offering tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships. Expect to conduct onsite visits, inspecting equipment and ensuring safety standards are met, while exploring new territories for business growth. Engagement with our customer-centric team will be crucial as you collaborate on problem-solving initiatives and share insights.

You'll also participate in training sessions to enhance your expertise in the rental equipment market. Each day promises new challenges that will keep you energized and passionate about your role!

Responsibilities :

  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct onsite visits to job sites, assess client needs, and provide tailored equipment solutions.
  • Demonstrate rental equipment and explain its benefits.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
  • Resolve customer concerns or challenges efficiently and professionally.
  • Required Skills and Attributes :

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to assess and solve customer equipment challenges.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments such as construction sites.
  • Knowledge of or passion for the construction industry and equipment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
