Duties
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Utilize DocuSign for electronic signatures and document management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to contracts and procurement.
- Conduct thorough document reviews to identify potential risks and ensure clarity in contract terms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide contractual support.
- Maintain organized records management systems for all contracts and related documentation.
- Assist in the development of policies related to compliance management and intellectual property law.
- Provide technical writing support for contract-related documents, ensuring precision and clarity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Law, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
- Proven experience in contract management or procurement processes.
- Strong knowledge of compliance management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with intellectual property law is a plus.
- Proficient in document review techniques and technical writing skills.
- Experience using systems such as DocuSign for contract execution.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple priorities.
