This role offers hands-on experience in performance testing, while also providing the opportunity to grow into a leadership position, driving the performance testing strategy for your team and projects. The selected candidate will be an integral part of the Center of Excellence (COE) team
Performance Testing & Engineering: The ideal candidate should have several years of experience in performance testing or engineering, with a strong focus on ensuring application reliability, scalability, and efficiency under load. Experience with HP LoadRunner and Performance Center is highly desirable.
Technical Skills (8 years):
- Apache JMeter: Expertise in using JMeter for performance testing and load generation.
- Dynatrace: Experience with application monitoring tools such as Dynatrace (other tools considered).
- HP Performance Center: Extensive experience with HP Performance Center for performance testing, scripting, and analysis (other tools may be accepted).
- Performance Testing Scripting, Analysis & Recommendations: Strong skills in scripting for performance testing, conducting performance analysis, and providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
Person has to be willing to work on-site hybrid. Position Location: Hybrid 2-3 days per week
