Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day corporate administration for a multinational group of companies spanning Cyprus, Greece, Spain, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Vietnam, China, USA, El Salvador, Qatar, UAE, Nigeria, and Rwanda.
- Coordinate workflows with internal departments to ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
- Draft, review, and execute essential corporate documentation, including resolutions, meeting minutes, notices, and reports.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings to relevant authorities.
- Manage the contact management system, processing contracts, creating smart values, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and databases through effective document management, including electronic and physical filing.
- Handle document certification, apostille, and notarization processes.
- Support group-wide AML / KYC compliance initiatives.
