Responsibilities
- Greet all incoming guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Accurately record visitor information, including names, affiliations, and purposes of visit, for security and tracking purposes.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained, creating a positive first impression.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, updating calendars, and coordinating event logistics.
- Collaborate with these departments on projects and tasks as needed, providing administrative assistance and support.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, screen and respond to emails, and handle other forms of correspondence.
- Handle tasks such as copying, scanning, filing, and distributing mail, ensuring efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required, Associate's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of office support experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
