JD Edwards Consultant-Sales and Distribution Module
Background:
This role will serve as an expert for the JD Edwards Enterprise One ERP system, with a primary focus on the Sales and Distribution module. The position reports to the Manager of Enterprise Applications.
Accountabilities:
Analyze and Optimize Business Processes: Evaluate business requirements, propose solutions leveraging ID Edwards functionality, and enhance processes related to sales and distribution operations.
Solution Implementation and Rollouts: Manage the rollout of new JD Edwards functionalities and processes, develop user documentation, and deliver training materials.
System Configuration and Integration: Configure JD Edwards to meet specific requirements, including setting program parameters and customizing forms to align with business needs.
Reporting and Analytics: Fulfill user requests for reports using JD Edwards tools such as Queries, Watchlists, and custom Grids..
User Support and Training: Train users on system access, security protocols, and document management processes. Provide ongoing support for system enhancements and day-to-day operations.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous testing of customizations and integrations to ensure they meet requirements before deployment.
Third-party Integrations: Support integration of JD Edwards with third-party applications (e.g., AR, AP demand planning tools) to streamline business processes.
Technical Collaboration: Partner with the IT tachnology group to set up and manage system peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners) and ensure their seamless functionality with JD Edwards.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, with specific expertise in the Sales and Distribution module.
Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in both make-to-stock and make-to-ordel manufacturing
Proven track record of supporting day-to-day operations and participating in large-scale implementation projecta.
