About the Role :
We are seeking Lead Engineers / Application Architects to lead data center migration and cloud transformation initiatives for a major banking and financial services client. This role requires expertise in on-prem to on-prem and on-prem to cloud migrations, infrastructure management, and troubleshooting multi-system environments. Experience with HPE GreenLake is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage data center migration projects (on-prem & cloud Azure, AWS, Snowflake).
Provide expertise in Windows Server (2016 / 2019), Red Hat Linux, and VMware virtualization.
Oversee risk management, stakeholder communication, and project execution.
Troubleshoot multi-system environments to ensure seamless migration.
Manage IBM FileNet, Oracle 19c, and SQL Server ecosystems.
Specialized Technical Expertise (across 3 Lead Engineers) :
- Lead Engineer 1 : Windows Server automation & migration (C#, .NET, Python, PowerShell, Bash, Linux Admin, IBM MQ)
- Lead Engineer 2 : Java & Web Application Migrations (IBM WebSphere, MQ, FileNet, React / JS)
- Lead Engineer 3 : Database Migrations & Queries (SQL Server 2016 / 2019, Oracle 19c, T-SQL / PL-SQL)
