TEK Industries, LLC is seeking a skilled Water Transfer Technician to join our team. This role involves transferring water using various equipment and maintaining tank levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate pumps, lay flat hose, and manifolds to transfer water efficiently.
- Maintain and check tank levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with general maintenance on trucks, pumps, and other equipment as directed by supervisors.
- Perform pre-trip inspections on equipment and hoses for leaks or damages.
- Attend and participate in safety meetings to maintain a safe work environment.
- Operate and drive units to and from work sites, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
- Understand and comply with company, customer, and health/safety policies, as well as any relevant regulations.
- Report any incidents immediately and perform physical work for extended periods.
- Work in all weather conditions, including extreme temperatures.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work long hours and adapt to changing situations.
- Experience in oilfield water transfer operations or equivalent training is preferred.
- A valid Class A or B CDL license is a plus.
