Job Title - D365 F&O SCM Lead
Location - Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex (Onsite)
Duration - 12 months
JOB DESCRIPTION -
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting Warehouse Management:
Design and implement comprehensive warehouse management solutions using D365 F&O.
Set up new warehouse locations, including configuring warehouse parameters, locations, zones, and work templates.
Support the transfer of operations between warehouse locations, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
Support warehouse management initiatives related to ABC optimization, cycle counting, and warehouse continuous improvement processes to optimize efficiency.
Configure advanced warehouse management features such as wave processing, work creation, and mobile device setup.
Design solutions to utilize and manage license plates for tracking inventory within the warehouse.
Support the development and maintenance of location directives to ensure efficient picking, put-away, and movement of goods.
Configure and manage warehouse locations, including setting up location profiles and location formats.
Implement and manage solutions for ABC inventory classification and management, ensuring accurate and efficient counting methodologies.
Set up and manage various counting methods, including cycle counting, location counting, and full physical inventory counts.
Integrate and manage ISVs and 3rd party applications including NMB, Blue Yonder, FlintFox, JDA, FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
Implement cold chain management solutions to ensure the integrity of temperature-sensitive products throughout the supply chain.
Supporting Supply Chain and Procurement:
Develop and implement supply chain solutions and reporting to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Configure and support procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor management, and procurement categories.
Optimize transportation management by configuring transportation planning, routing, and freight reconciliation.
ERP Support and ISV Integration:
Provide product support for D365 F&O, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Support in-use ISVs ensuring optimal performance.
Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices for D365 F&O and related ISVs.
Technical and Functional Skills:
Generate queries and reports using SQL to support business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using D365 F&O.
Develop custom solutions using X to enhance D365 F&O functionality.
Client-Facing Engagements:
Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and present findings to stakeholders.
Lead client workshops and training sessions to ensure successful adoption of D365 F&O solutions.
Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience with D365 F&O specializing in supply chain, warehouse management, procurement, and transportation management modules.
Proven experience in setting up and transferring warehouse operations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
Demonstrable track record of achievements in client-facing engagements.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL; X not required but highly desired.
