Position: ERP data Lead
Location : Indianapolis, IN(ONSITE)
We are seeking a Financial ERP Data Expert to join an exciting, global financial transformation program in which you will act as the lead over all things Data. This person should know how to build a foundational data model and be able to oversee building an entire master data management, data cleansing, data integration and data governance processes. This person will work closely with the dedicated finance stakeholder to ensure the new chart of accounts is built correctly. They will be part of building a data team to support this 18 month long financial transformation for this global company and be able to be part of the program from the discovery phase forward. This is an exciting and complex program that involves over 5 business units across multiple countries. You will be part of the senior leadership team that will work closely with global partners.
Required Skills:
- Must have at least 10 years of experience working within ERP Data roles
- Expertise within financial ERP implementations including end to end processes
- Experience developing and implementation of data analytics tools, data quality metrics
- Experience establishing data governance
- The ideal candidate would have expertise in best practices surrounding building the functional data model within Workday but would consider other similar financial ERP experience/knowledge
- Most have expertise in master data management, data cleansing, data migration and data integration
- Previous examples of developing and implementing the use of data analytics tools to enable data quality metrics
- Must have previous experience in the design and creation of Master data management best practices and processes
- Excellent influencing and communication skills to work with, direct and influence Business owners and their teams, project managers and work stream leads within a large, global project
- Ability to build consensus and alignment through to coordination, facilitation and the ability to influence different groups of stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to influence by bringing facts and insight that enable the challenging of opinions while compromising where appropriate
- Relationship & stakeholder management skills inspire confidence and build trust, to become a trusted partner
- Energetic with a great deal of self-motivated drive, enthusiasm and initiative
- Strong aptitude for translating discussions and ideas into actions
- Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
Desired Skills:
- Experience working on global projects where you have data from multiple countries
- Experience implementing a large financial ERP across multiple companies or large business units strongly desired
