Job Roles/Responsibilities:
The OFSAA Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) solutions, specifically focusing on General Ledger (GL) Reconciliation, Capital Management, and Asset Liability Management (ALM). This role involves developing technical solutions, ensuring data integrity, and supporting financial and risk management processes.

OFSAA Development:
Design, configure, and implement OFSAA modules for GL Reconciliation, Capital Management, and ALM.
Develop and maintain OFSAA rules, including Transfer Pricing (FTP) and Table-to-Table (T2T) transformations.
Write and optimize PL/SQL procedures to support OFSAA functionalities.
System Management:
Ensure the OFSAA system is properly configured and updated to meet business and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OFSAA users.
Manage and optimize OFSAA batch processes and performance.
Data Management:
Manage and maintain data within the OFSAA system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Extract and load data from source systems into the OFSAA platform.
Develop and implement data management processes and best practices.
Capital Management:
Support the implementation and configuration of OFSAA Capital Management modules.
Assist in developing and managing capital planning processes, including stress testing and scenario analysis.
Monitor and report on capital adequacy and regulatory capital requirements.
Asset Liability Management (ALM):
Implement and maintain OFSAA ALM modules to manage interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and other balance sheet risks.
Conduct ALM analysis and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with treasury and finance teams to optimize asset-liability strategies.
General Ledger Reconciliation:
Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations of general ledger accounts using OFSAA.
Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
Maintain detailed records of reconciliation processes and outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with IT, finance, and risk management teams to ensure seamless integration of OFSAA solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users on OFSAA functionalities
