Oracle Cloud Integration Consultant
The Oracle Integration consultant is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining the integrations from Oracle Finance Cloud to other applications. The consultant Acts as a subject matter expert who ensures the operational efficacy and data integrity of enterprise-level applications. The consultant focuses on day-to-day deliverables and develops solutions based on expertise.
- Designing and implementing integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Develops API integrations, SQL database objects, SQL scripts, interfaces (i.e., OIC ) from Oracle Fusion Cloud to downstream applications
- Develops, implements, and supports business event and workflow processes.
- Designs and develops complex reports utilizing standard tools.
- Designs, develops, and implements new and enhanced interfaces with other internal and external systems.
- Ensures proposed solutions comply with the client’s technology direction.
- Ensures compliance with the client’s change and security policies.
- Interfaces with Developers, Analysts, and Business Stakeholders to understand and propose technology solutions to meet complex business and technical objectives.
- Provides subject matter expertise on the capabilities/constraints of existing systems and proposed solutions.
- Works closely with development and design teams in the creation and validation of user interfaces and in defining functional/non-functional requirements.
- Provides technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Suite.
The ideal candidate for this role would have a strong background in integration technologies, with experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other related technologies such as SOAP/REST, SFTP, XSLT, SQL and cloud integration. They should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are also important in this role as the consultant will be interacting with clients and other team members regularly.
