Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite in either Boca Raton, FL or Dallas, TX office)

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Lead to join ADT Security, playing a crucial role in guiding vendors and engineering teams through upgrades and integrations within our Oracle Fusion environment. This position requires deep technical proficiency in Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion, particularly in cloud deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct a small group of technical engineers in executing upgrades and integrations in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Drive the migration from on-premise systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud, focusing on integration capabilities.
• Act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and the engineering team, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical feasibility.
• Participate in requirements discussions as needed, with a primary focus on providing technical expertise and guidance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion, specifically in cloud environments.
• Extensive involvement in Oracle Fusion upgrades and integrations, demonstrating a strong understanding of migration strategies and cloud-based deployment models.
• Technical leadership experience, ideally leading development teams or projects within Oracle Fusion modules such as HCM, ERP, and Supply Chain.
• Ability to provide architectural feedback and guidance, contributing to overall project success.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functional and technical teams.
• Experience in the security industry is highly desirable.

This person is going to be leading both a small internal team of engineers, as well as a vendor team so communication is very important. They will be helping guide the team through migrations, specifically moving from EBS (ERP and Supply Chain) over to Fusion. They will work a lot on designing, planning and also communicating with stakeholders on the migrations.

Must have experience with:

• Strong oracle
• Strong oracle fusion
• Experience with atleast one large migration / implementation (Ideally ERP or Supply Chain over to Fusion)
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Supply Chain and EBS
• Ideally experience with finance (Such as oracle accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.)
