Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to guide our SAP Signavio Process Intelligence initiatives. In this role, you will lead a team focused on harnessing the power of process mining technology to optimize business operations, improve decision-making, and drive digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data, process analysis, and collaborative leadership to ensure that the organization can efficiently visualize, analyze, and improve its core business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Discovery and Analysis:
- Lead efforts to explore, analyze, and visualize the data traces left behind by system processes, utilizing SAP Signavio Process Intelligence.
- Oversee the integration of real-time data to create actionable insights into core process metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure your team can automatically generate current-state process models and identify root causes of underperforming processes.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Foster an environment of data-driven decision-making by enabling the team to leverage process mining insights to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive the development of dashboards that provide end-to-end visibility of business processes and key metrics.
- Optimization and Process Improvement:
- Guide the team in using process mining technology to compare current and target state processes, identify variances, and optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements that lead to operational excellence.
- Collaboration and Team Alignment:
- Promote a collaborative environment where team members can share insights, discuss process models, and drive collective improvements.
- Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on process improvement goals and strategies.
- Business Transformation and Innovation:
- Lead initiatives aimed at process-driven transformation by helping the company understand variances in current and future state processes.
- Guide the team in using intuitive dashboards and investigative interfaces to gather improvement suggestions and optimize systems.
- Risk and Compliance Management:
- Ensure that the team leverages process mining to identify potential risks and compliance issues across business processes.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and proactively alert business leaders to any potential breaches or risks.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of [3] years in process management, process mining, or a similar field, with at least [2] years of experience in a team lead or Project Manager.
- Technical Skills: Experience with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence or other process mining tools is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver process optimization and transformation.
- Excellent understanding of business operations, performance metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

Salary : $70 - $75
