Join a cutting-edge team working on a multi-year project focused on bringing next-generation DOCSIS 4.0 to 5.0 capabilities and services to market. This senior-level role requires expertise in network architecture, access technologies, and system engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architecture requirements for HFC DAA, DOCSIS, PON, Mobile, and Wi-Fi networks.
Lead data offload strategies from wireless to DOCSIS networks.
Define access network strategies and roadmaps.
Participate in industry standards organizations related to access technologies.
Manage resource allocation and workload using SAFe Agile principles.
Represent business interests in vendor negotiations and industry discussions.
Ensure delivery of committed work while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Knowledge
5-10 years of experience in engineering and project management.
Strong expertise in HFC DAA, DOCSIS, PON, Mobile, and Wi-Fi.
Knowledge of networking principles, protocol stacks, QoS, QoE, and congestion control.
Experience with MAC technologies, DOCSIS MULPI & OSSI specifications.
Ability to write architecture and design documents.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal/external collaboration.
Experience managing vendors, technical roadmaps, and proof-of-concepts.
