Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team for a major ERP transformation project in Florida
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive ERP solutions using cloud-based technologies such as AWS and Kubernetes.
- Act as the key technical leader for the transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with a large/very large, cross-functional team (onsite and offshore) to drive the architecture and transformation of business solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for cloud architecture, data management, and enterprise integration.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and innovation.
- Drive the transformation and implementation of the solution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and meeting client expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of the solution by leveraging the latest technologies and cloud infrastructure.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, particularly in leading large/very large-scale transformation and implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems, including end-to-end implementation and cloud integration.
- Proficiency with AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.
- Experience working in a hybrid team environment (onsite and offshore teams).
- Strong experience in system integration, enterprise architecture, and transformation initiatives.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a diverse team.
- Experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.) are a plus
- Previous experience working in oil and gas industry is a must
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps processes.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Familiarity with containerized applications and microservices architecture.
- Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) is highly preferred.
