Knowledge of manufacturing processes, daily production needs for the logistics business unit, with the largest amount of time being dedicated to new model year launch,
- Engagement in Daily Management system (CBS) ,Collaborate with members of the logistics team to identify gaps to achieve area metrics,Execute Continuous Improvement activities related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, & Productivity ,Engage with safety dept, maintenance, tool room, or external vendors to support improvements,Kaizen,ME support in various stages of Build along with shop floor coordination,Co-ordination for Engineering Change Management (ECO) and implementation support, updating systems for delivery methods,Support Validation of Kitting logic (Time, BOM Consumption, Model Option),MS access and other CAD tool.
The scope is for a Logistics Engineer (LE) to perform the following activities for CNH New Holland facility
Support the LE activities at CNH New Holland
BE in Engineering - Manufacturing or Production or operations; More advanced degrees are a plus but not required
