Job Description
- Check computers/devices in/out of shop.
- Increase retail sales of computers, printers, print supplies, and tech accessories.
- Answer phones and schedule appointments for technicians and other staff.
- Call customers to get/give information from the technician and follow-up with them regarding their service.
- Order parts and supplies.
- Maintain inventory counts of modest amount of print and computer supplies/parts.
- Billing and Accounts Receivable work.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers – in small groups, one on one and in writing.
- Ability to focus on detailed work for extended periods of time.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver multiple assignments on time, and maintain an efficient/timely daily work schedule.
- The ability to effectively document customer service activities.
- Must be open to cross-training and have flexibility in duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate the values of commitment, collaboration, trust, respect, excellence, and accountability.
