Role : Desktop Support
Duration : 12 months
Onsite- Dallas fort -worth ,TX
Responsibilities :
Walk-up queue ticket management.
Managing inventory of computer equipment and peripherals used at the Walk-Up Desk.
Windows and MacBook troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot, reset, and prepare iPads for redeployment.
Loaner equipment deployment.
Laptop and Desktop warranty calls.
Answer user's IT questions.
Deliver friendly excellent customer service.
Assist with other related tasks where needed.
Technical Expertise Required :
Proven hands-on experience in troubleshooting.
Windows 10 / 11 and Mac operating systems and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
iPad troubleshooting
Knowledge of asset management.
Computer hardware troubleshooting
Mac OS & iOS devices
Tools & Systems Experience :
Proficiency with Remedy, ServiceNow, Active Directory, SCCM and Intune.
Working knowledge of the Microsoft O365 suite including, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.
Experience with documentation and ticket management systems
