Job Description:
- 3 years of SAP Fiori User Experience design
- 3 years of Sales/Service Cloud in Salesforce.com user experience.
- 2-5 years of Salesforce Experience Cloud for website development
- Empathy for users, focus on user needs, iterative design process.
- Design Software proficiency (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or similar)
- Strong knowledge of business processes, and how data and software applications support those processes
- Fluency in Portuguese will be considered an asset
- Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with packaged and/or SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Kanban preferred
- Strong proficiency in estimation and planning
User Experience (UX) Specialist is a professional responsible for researching, designing, and optimizing digital products (websites, apps, etc.) to ensure they provide a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers, by conducting user research, analyzing data, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with development teams to implement design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives
Collaboration:
- Work closely with developers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure design implementation aligns with project goals.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research methods like interviews, surveys, usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Conduct usability testing sessions to identify usability issues and iterate on design solutions.
Design:
- Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visually represent the user interface and user flow
- Design user interactions including navigation, form design, button placement, and micro-interactions to optimize user experience.
- Design products with accessibility in mind to ensure users with disabilities can easily access and interact with features.
- Design sitemaps and information hierarchies to organize content in a logical and intuitive way for users to navigate easily.
