Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Press Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in printing processes and a passion for producing high-quality printed materials. As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various printing presses, ensuring that all production runs meet quality standards and deadlines. Your expertise in color management, typography, and prepress processes will be essential to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain printing presses, including CNC and screen printing equipment.
- Prepare press setups, including ink mixing and color management.
- Review job orders to determine production specifications and requirements.
- Monitor the printing process to ensure quality control throughout production runs.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the prepress team to ensure artwork is prepared correctly for print.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in fabricating print advertising materials as needed.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for design adjustments and layout modifications.
- Skills Required: Markandy,FA,Webtron,Domino Press.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Press Operator or in a similar role within the printing industry.
- Strong understanding of typography, color management, and print production processes.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts is a plus.
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite for design-related tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Shift Timings : 3rd Shift (10PM TO 6AM)
