Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join a growing machining team as an apprentice. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training and an excellent opportunity to start a career in the machining industry. As a Machine Shop Apprentice, you will learn how to operate and maintain various machines, produce quality parts, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.Responsibilities:
- Learn to use and read rulers, calipers, and gauges
- Set up and operate machines (CNC Machines, Bandsaw, etc.)
- Produce quality parts in a timely and efficient manner
- Document actions by completing production and quality logs
- Read and understand blueprints
- Perform other duties as required
Preferred Experience:
- Experience as a CNC machine operator
- Experience in a machine shop environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
