Commercial Roofing Foreman

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced commercial roofing foreman to lead our roofing team on various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TPO, EPDM, and PVC roofing, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently while ensuring high-quality workmanship. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the roof crew, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within manufacturer specifications and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work truck and ensure it is fitted with all necessary hand tools for day-to-day operations.
• Transport roofing crew and any necessary materials or tools to and from job sites daily.
• Proactively prepare materials, tools, and safety equipment, for upcoming projects in order to complete jobs in a timely manner.
• Overseeing the process of roof installations, repairs, and job quality, proactively working to ensure the job is done correctly and holds to a high standard of quality.
• Manage roofing crew members and ensure the team is on task.
• Communicate with General Contractors & supervisors about daily tasks, questions, and or roadblocks that need to be addressed.
• Communicate with Tek-Pro project heads about daily progress and potential roadblocks.
• Take thorough photos of completed work and send job progress reports on a regular basis.
• If time allows, wash & organize company trucks at the end of week.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Bilingual (Spanish - English)
• A valid driver's license.
• Strong knowledge of Carlisle and Firestone roofing systems.
• Ability to read architectural plans and technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
