We are seeking a Oracle B2B Service Architect with Experience configuring and deploying the Oracle CX B2B Service platform for Case management (Fusion Cloud). Including B2B service with outbound and inbound integration to Oracle Field Service.

Oracle Sales and Field Service configuration experience a plus.

Ability to execute client workshops and collect requirements using user stories in Jira.

Ability to work with off-shore development teams to design and direct data migration, data integration, configurations and workflow.
