Job Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Principal AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in Pharma or Healthcare domains to lead the design and development of cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in AI/ML and full-stack systems, along with proven experience deploying these technologies in regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals. This role involves driving architectural decisions, mentoring teams, and delivering scalable AI/ML systems aligned with strategic business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI/ML models, including LLMs, RAG, GenAI, and NLP applications.
- Define technical strategy, architecture, and full-stack frameworks tailored for Pharma/Healthcare applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, compliance, and clinical experts—to ensure technology solutions align with business and regulatory requirements.
- Guide teams in DevOps, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD best practices.
- Ensure security, compliance, and privacy by integrating IAM protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC) and adhering to industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
Requirements:
- 13–15 years in software or ML engineering, with strong hands-on experience in Python, ML frameworks, and AI/ML production deployments.
- Proven experience working on AI/ML solutions within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare domain—including familiarity with regulatory compliance, data privacy, and clinical workflows.
- Proficient in full-stack technologies: React, Node.js, GraphQL, TypeScript, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Demonstrated leadership in delivering scalable AI-driven platforms and defining enterprise-level tech strategy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-disciplinary settings involving scientific, technical, and business teams.
