Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer IV with 5 years of experience to drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and support next-generation manufacturing programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead process improvements and technical initiatives for existing and future programs.
- Ensure compliance with EU MDR, FDA regulations , and company policies.
- Manage CAPA, change management , and problem-solving initiatives.
- Apply LEAN manufacturing principles (5S, SMED, Poka-Yoke, push vs. pull, etc.).
- Provide expert consultation on engineering and manufacturing challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and with external stakeholders.
