General Description:
Reporting to the Manager of Operations Support (MOS), the PS Project Administrator will be responsible for providing support to the ensure timely and accurate project setup completion for all Global Services Time and Material projects and subsequent project change notification changes. This position will be responsible for reviewing and auditing initial project information from Employee Start Forms and Project Change Notification forms and inputting or updating the correct information in PS for accurate revenue and cost capture for our projects. This individual will partner with the Project Operations Associate teams and OSG leaders and COE team to ensure project information is accurately reflected in PS. Once project setup is complete, they will also be responsible for sending Project Start Notifications to the teams and Delivery involved with the projects.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for maintaining accurate project setup information for GS T&M projects
- Review and audit initial ESF information as received from Delivery team
- Create/input rate set information in PS and entering bill rates to ensure accurate revenue and cost capture for projects. Partner with appropriate stakeholders to ensure accuracy in all systems
- Partner with the COE and POA teams to ensure proper handoff of project information
- Responsible for reviewing subsequent PCN’s that are sent from Delivery team for changes to projects – making amendments in PS as necessary
- Gather all project related documents and send out Project Start Notifications for Time and Materials projects
- Accountable for meeting SLA’s around timely setup of projects and PS project information
- Follow proper escalation channels as outlined in GS Communication Framework
- Partner with leadership
Qualifications
Requisite Abilities and/or Skills:
- This person should be very detail oriented – this position will be responsible for checking and verifying multiple pieces of information that are crucial to the accurate revenue and cost capture of GS Projects.
- Demonstrates ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks
- Ability to coordinate and communicate between teams for proper handoff of project details and information
- Ability to follow specific steps and execute them as required to be successful
- Ability to evaluate and suggest where improvements can be made
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Articulate written and verbal communication skills
Required Education and/or Experience:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Microsoft Office advanced experience – use of Excel, Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of Peoplesoft is preferred
- Experience in time management, organization, and prioritization
