Responsibilities

- Manages overall workflow and processes requirements for all contractual documents including Intake, Review, Negotiation, Escalation, Execution, and Post Execution either directly or through supporting team members
- Conduct all qualification calls for new documents with internal stakeholders to set expectations, areas of responsibility and timetables.
- Coordinate with legal department in areas that require advisement for negotiation or escalation
- Conduct internal strategy call after document review with stakeholders to (re)define roles, responsibilities, next steps and timelines.
- Engage in customer contractual negotiations
- Execute pre-escalation and escalation processes as needed per current risk tolerances
- Complete Negotiation Memorandum as needed
- Coordinate contractual transition to Sales Support
- Ensure post execution processes are completed
- Manage and develop Senior Contract Specialists or Contract Specialist in necessary skills for success

Required Education and/or Experience:
- The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to Business, Finance or Law
- 5 years of work experience preferred
- Prior contract review experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Excellent verbal/ written communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage time, multi-task and excel in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Consistently displays high character and a strong work ethic.
