Responsibilities
The Sr. Operations Support Associate is responsible for ensuring our customers including but not limited to internal/external employees, clients, and delivery teams receive superior post-offer screening support as well as on-boarding and off-boarding support. In addition to, processing and management of Consultant Life Cycle activities with an overall focus on data collection, data integrity, and customer service while representing professionalism within all relationships.
Additionally, the Sr. Operations Support Associate acts as a team lead as it relates to the processes and technical components of the job. In this role, a strong partnership with their OSS is critical to driving operational reporting expectations with the team. The Sr. OSA is a strong partner to their OSS for operational escalations from both the field and the center and drives problem resolution.
Qualifications
Compensation: Salary Range for this role is $50,000-$59,000 per year Bonus. Employees also receive a benefits package including a 401(k) company-matched retirement savings plan, health plans, paid time off and holiday pay. See link below
