Job Summary:
The Time and Expense and Onboarding Manager is responsible for the timecard and expense collection and payment for the hub as well as the day to day delivery to the business for the onboarding activities. The Time and Expense and Onboarding Manager is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and quality assurance. In partnership with the National Operations Manager, the Time and Expense and Onboarding Operations Manager will focus on educating, directing and holding accountable hub support personnel in the areas of operational compliance and efficiency with regards to the assigned regions.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilites:
Process oversight
- Oversee end-to-end time capture and expense process for the assigned region, including collection, validation and adjustment of time and expense activities for the contractors deployed in the area
- Achieve excellence in operations through auditing the collection of business critical information and data integrity
- Lead efforts involved with the annual audit process of time and expense filings
- Responsible for the end-to-end onboarding process for contractors across multiple states/regions
- Initiate and review cost/benefit analysis of activities to enhance process performance
- Serve as an escalation point for complex inquiries, issues in timesheet, expense data, absence documentation etc.
- Act as key contact to all external groups which affect / are affected by the onboarding process
- Provide input to process design and drive continuous process improvement focused on standardization and quality improvement and implement changes where needed
Coaching and development
- Recruit, interview, hire, counsel and terminate hub personnel
- Coach and supervise Associate team for the given region; hold resources accountable for job function through assessing areas of strength and improvement
- Responsible for continued education and development of Associates, including regular performance assessment and goal setting
- Set expectations, ensure compliance, and recognize successes as it relates to performance management
- Partner with hub trainer(s) to reflect updates to the knowledge book and other supporting material
Hub operations
- Provide direction and support to hub work and act as liaison to corporate on escalated operations, human resource, and information systems issues
- Collaborate with National Operations Manager and provide regular feedback regarding program initiatives, best practices and make recommendations for improvements
- Assist in the creation, management and administration of incentive plans, diversity initiatives, benefit administration
- Responsible for managing staffing ratio’s as it pertains to the field and hub support
- Able to quickly analyze and respond to multiple situations, ensuring prompt resolution
- Review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis and take action when necessary
- Special projects as assigned

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years Field Support Group experience preferred
- 4 years leadership preferred
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, and Accounting preferred

Compensation: Position starts at $90k with a $7,500 annual bonus potential.
