Job Title: AV Technician
Location: Audubon PA (Onsite)
Duration: Contract
Requirements:
3 years of professional video editing experience, with the ability to work in a corporate environment. Experience with video production and post production, including, but not limited to a variety of video switchers, cameras, lighting, and the eye to capture a visually pleasing shot. It’s also helpful, to have teleprompter knowledge.
Main Skillset in the Following Areas are Key:
• Video/Audio Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro
• Video Switching: Ross Carbonite, Roland, Blackmagic
• Video Routing: Black Magic Smart Video Hub
• Video camera - Panasonic Mounted PTZ cameras with Panasonic PTZ Camera Controller, LUMIX GH5s, Panasonic DVX200
• Video Publishing and Delivery: Kaltura MediaSpace, Microsoft Stream, and through shared company folders
• Live studio and video production shoot experience
• Lighting - Aperture 300x, Light Panel Astra 6X Bi-color, and Colorado 2 Solo. (Event lighting experience a plus)
• Audio Equipment: Sennheiser G4 Lavalier Microphone System
• Assist with other A/V Group projects and tasks related to the support of collaboration tools

Responsibilities:
• Video Editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (big and small projects)
• Experience with Video Switchers using Ross and other professional switchers (i.e, Roland, etc.)
• Experience with Panasonic PTZ Cameras and Controllers
• Operate video and lightening equipment in a state of the art studio
• Experience with Panasonic Broadcast Cameras in a multi-camera setting
• White glove support of corporate meetings and events (Webex Meetings & Events, Microsoft Teams Meetings, Live Events & Webinars)
• Candidate would also be responsible for supporting all internal and external events that require technical assistance.
• Events include large conferences/symposiums, training sessions, various stakeholder meetings, as well as a variety of daily business meetings between corporate staff, stakeholders, and governmental agencies.
• The A/V Group is also responsible for managing all technical equipment installed at their campus including the daily operation and support of a state-of-the-art corporate conference center.
• Daily support activities include a variety of technical tasks such as configuring, operating, and trouble-shooting integrated A/V systems, a variety of projectors/displays, microphones, various sound equipment, computer systems, internet-based collaboration software tools, computer networking settings, and video conferencing systems.
• Work on a team with other A/V technicians, and report into a manager of conference services.
• Work in a studio and control room setting with video cameras, video switchers, lighting, audio, and video/audio editing equipment.
• Setting up and changing video production backgrounds, tables, desks, and video camera and microphone setups on any given day.
• Must be able to manage expectations appropriately to often demanding clientele, while delivering service with a smile.
• Diagnosis and resolution of hardware, operating system, and software problems while maintaining professionalism in high pressure and high visibility situations.
• Be well-respected within the organization for both service delivery and technical capabilities.
• Build and develop strong relationships by providing superior customer support as demonstrated by clearly owning, resolving and communicating issues and problems; being responsive to needs, requirements, and deadlines; and generally promoting goodwill in a professional and trust-building manner.
• Occasional moving and lifting of equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown

• Onsite position at facility, which at times, requires some flexibility in daily scheduling.
