Key Responsibilites
- Daily coordination of the entire construction project.
- Manage the project schedule and the safety of the project.
- Work closely with the Project Manager.
- Assist the Project Manager with developing and updating the project master schedule.
- Supervise Schumacher Dugan’s workforce on site.
- Oversee all trade subcontractors.
- Exhibit strong communication and technical skills.
- Conduct weekly project meetings on site and present updated schedules at these meetings.
- Provide daily work reports and photographs using Procore.
- Coordinate and document all project inspections.
- Complete the project closeout and punchlist.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Construction knowledge
- Experience in Quality Control and Construction Safety practices
- Drivers license in good standing.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of relevant construction regulations and codes
- Minimum 5 years experience as a commercial construction Superintendent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,934.00 - $120,000.00 per year
