Project Manager/Estimator
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager/Estimator to manage construction projects from bid to completion. Responsibilities include reviewing RFCs, light estimating, and ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from bid phase through completion
- Review RFCs and perform light estimating
- Coordinate with teams and clients
- Use Bluebeam, Excel, Procore, and accounting software
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction project management or related degree
- Proficient in Bluebeam, Excel, and Procore
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Team-oriented and able to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
