Role Name : Adobe Analytics Consultant

Location : Dallas, TX | Plano, TX

Role Description :

The Adobe Analytics Consultant will be responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing digital analytics strategies to enhance business decision-making and customer insights. The role involves collaborating with marketing, IT, and business stakeholders to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop analytics solutions using the Adobe Analytics Product Suite.

Key Responsibilities : Strategy & Implementation :

Work closely with marketing and business teams to define KPIs for new projects and enhancements.
Develop customized analytics strategies using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe Launch .
Ensure seamless data collection, storage, tracking, and reporting of online activity across multiple websites and digital assets.
Define and maintain tracking standards to ensure data integrity.
Set up and configure tags in Adobe Launch to capture relevant user interactions.

Data Analysis & Reporting :

Develop custom reports and dashboards to analyze customer behavior, user journeys, and digital marketing performance.

Monitor web traffic, customer interactions, and conversions to identify trends and insights.

Provide actionable recommendations to optimize customer experience, marketing campaigns, and website performance.

Create tagging frameworks and measurement strategies aligned with business objectives.

Technical Implementation & Troubleshooting :

Implement web and mobile app tagging using Adobe Launch and Adobe Mobile SDK (iOS & Android) .

Utilize debugging tools such as Adobe Debugger, AEP Assurance, Charles Proxy, and Fiddler to troubleshoot data collection issues.

Conduct regular audits of analytics implementation to ensure accuracy and data reliability.

Work across cross-functional teams (marketing, development, and IT) to implement, test, and optimize analytics tracking solutions.

Advanced Adobe Analytics Features & Integration :

Leverage Adobe Analytics Workspace for advanced segmentation and reporting.

Work with Adobe Target and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to enhance personalization and user experiences.

Utilize Web SDK and Adobe IO for improved data collection and integration with other platforms.

Support Salesforce Analytics integration for better data visibility and reporting.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement :

Stay up-to-date with the latest Adobe Analytics trends, features, and best practices .

Educate stakeholders on analytics best practices and assist in training business users.

Engage with agile teams to integrate analytics tracking in development cycles.

Work proactively with business leaders to identify potential issues and recommend solutions to enhance analytics performance.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Adobe Analytics Expertise : Hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics implementation, configuration, and reporting.

Adobe Launch Implementation : Strong knowledge of Adobe Launch for tag management and event tracking.

Mobile SDK Tagging : Experience in setting up Adobe Analytics Mobile SDK for iOS & Android apps.

Debugging & Troubleshooting : Proficiency in Adobe Debugger, AEP Assurance, Charles Proxy, and Fiddler for issue resolution.

Data Analysis & Visualization : Experience creating custom dashboards, segmentation, and data feeds in Adobe Analytics Workspace.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Ability to work with marketing, IT, and product teams to align analytics strategies with business goals.

Agile Methodologies : Familiarity with Agile workflows for tracking implementation and iterative improvements.
