This role is responsible for improving Adobe service operations and ensuring coverage during North American business hours. The position requires hands-on involvement in enhancing the Adobe platform and supporting the delivery of new capabilities and projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide L3 support for Adobe products, particularly Sign and Acrobat, while collaborating with business users, technology teams, Adobe, and support partners.
Manage user processes, platform monitoring, and maintenance of automation scripts while addressing anomalies.
Update and maintain formal knowledge for support teams and business users.
Lead application lifecycle management and contribute to platform-related projects.
Partner with organizational change management teams as a Subject Matter Expert.
Essential Skills :
Strong experience managing large Adobe Sign solutions and integrations across multiple consoles.
Expertise in Acrobat, including use cases involving signatures and certificates.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, ITSM support, and knowledge management processes.
Experience in desktop application management (Win10, Win11).
Proficiency with automation tools like PowerApps, PowerShell, and Python.
Knowledge of Entra (AD), Identity and Access Management, and GxP regulations.
Familiarity with IT security and JIRA fundamentals.
Desirable Skills :
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Sign workflows and configurations.
Experience in change management and enhancing automation scripts.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
