Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced AEM Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and a proven track record of leading AEM development projects.
Key Requirements : Minimum 9 years of experience in AEM development and leadership.
Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in either Dallas, TX, or Malvern, PA.
Strong expertise in AEM architecture, components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
Experience in leading AEM development teams and driving project success.
Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, and Sightly (HTL).
Solid understanding of content management, personalization, and performance optimization within AEM.
