Job Description :
We are seeking an Alvaria Workforce Management SME with expertise in Unified Communications (UC) to support design, deployment, and migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong consulting experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities :
- Design & Deployment : Implement Zoom , Teams , or Skype for Business (SfB) solutions.
- Migration Support : Execute TDM voice (Avaya, Nortel, etc.) and IP voice (Cisco) migrations, including planning, cutovers, and day-one support.
- SBC & Profile Configuration : Set up Session Border Controllers (SBCs) and configure Teams profiles.
- Global Project Support : Work across EMEA & APAC time zones , ensuring seamless project execution.
- Consulting & Communication : Provide expert guidance, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate effectively in English.
