We are seeking an experienced APIGEE Engineer to develop, configure, and maintain APIs and applications that align with business needs. The role involves API implementation, security management, analytics, and automation , ensuring seamless API lifecycle management and cloud infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain APIs and applications on the APIGEE platform .
Implement and enforce API security policies and access controls .
Generate custom API analytics reports to provide actionable insights.
Define API strategies , create API product bundles , and manage API lifecycle .
Develop and maintain API proxies and configurations .
Ensure reliable and secure IT platforms for API management.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance .
Manage and optimize cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises infrastructure .
Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of platforms.
Oversee server, storage, and network operations , addressing issues proactively.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using automation tools.
Essential Skills :
In-depth expertise in APIGEE and API development best practices .
Strong understanding of API performance optimization and security controls .
Experience in build and deployment methodologies .
Hands-on knowledge of API lifecycle management .
Familiarity with enterprise applications and cloud platforms .
Desirable Skills :
Experience managing cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises infrastructure .
Strong background in automation tools for infrastructure provisioning & monitoring .
Understanding of security policies, firewalls, and industry best practices .
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure performance issues .
