Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Audio / Video System Administrator to provide on-site support for conference rooms, large events, meetings, and webinars. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Audio / Video technologies , Teams / Zoom conferencing solutions , and ITIL processes to ensure seamless event execution and technical support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide on-site white-glove support for Audio / Video solutions during meetings and large events.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot A / V devices, conference room equipment, Windows devices, and conferencing solutions (Teams / Zoom) .
- Perform connectivity management tasks , including hard / soft resets and remote access setup for Level 2 support teams.
- Replace and troubleshoot faulty equipment components such as hard drives, power supplies, and network cards .
- Conduct physical maintenance tasks , including rack and stack operations and equipment labeling .
- Ensure proper network connectivity by testing cables, fiber optics, and communication links .
- Maintain an inventory of equipment , track serial numbers, and manage spare parts.
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting , verifying power and network connectivity, checking indicator lights, and inspecting devices .
- Perform asset management and prepare conference rooms (A / V testing, setup, and validation) at least one hour before events or meetings .
