Industrial Automation Experience is Mandatory
Strong expertise in PLC, Machine Control, EtherCAT, Modbus, and Beckhoff TwinCAT
Job Description :
The Automation Control Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing real-time control software for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, particularly deposition process systems such as ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition) and CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) cluster tools used in DRAM and logic fabrications . The candidate will work in a cross-functional, multitasking, and international team to develop and support industrial automation software for semiconductor tools.
Responsibilities :
- Gather requirements , design, develop, integrate, test, and document real-time control software for semiconductor manufacturing cluster tools .
- Analyze system requirements and translate them into software specifications .
- Develop automation solutions for semiconductor tools, ensuring seamless communication between various components.
- Troubleshoot, verify, document, and resolve software issues in compliance with quality standards .
- Provide technical support for development labs, production teams, and end customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the U.S. and internationally.
- International travel (up to 10%) may be required.
