Job Title : Business Analyst

Location : Brooklyn, NY (Fully On-site)

Contract Duration : 36 Months

Holidays : 12 per year

Experience : Minimum 4 years

Project :

  • IT Development & Management : This role supports the development and maintenance of critical DSS applications, including client eligibility, recertification, and claims systems.

Responsibilities :

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis :

    • Gather business requirements, write user stories, and conduct user acceptance testing.

  • Identify user stories and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Develop user stories and break down requirements into deliverable functionality.
  • Review requirements with stakeholders for approval.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance :

    • Coordinate testing activities between QA staff, developers, and stakeholders.

  • Develop test cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Implement information technology quality assurance standards.
  • System Analysis & Documentation :

    • Analyze and document current systems and processes.

  • Make recommendations for system improvements based on client feedback.
  • Project Coordination :

    • Work directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to coordinate application development.

    Required Skills :

  • 4 years of experience in gathering business requirements, writing user stories, and conducting user acceptance testing.
  • 4 years of experience with Business Analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Balsamiq, MS Visio).
  • 4 years of experience overseeing large project deliverables.
  • 4 years of experience in designing Data models and application Prototypes.
